In the best interest of women’s health, cultures are an important part of your routine annual exam; however, they may not be covered by your insurance plan. Check with your insurance carrier for information on benefits including well visit coverage, deductibles and co-pays. It is to your advantage to know your insurance benefits.

Please note all co-pays, deductibles and account balances are due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Please remember to inform our office of any changes in name, address, phone number or insurance information. As per mandate of the U.S. Government, Picture I.D. is now required at your initial visit.
